Trust is the backbone of commerce. Many new entrepreneurs undermine trust by not being reliable.
For the first meeting with a new client, try showing up early. Then, at that meeting, make a commitment to provide your next step or service by a certain date. Then complete that commitment early.
That one act of building trust will result in building your customer base.
Numbers 30:2 says, “When a man makes a vow to the Lord or takes an oath to obligate himself by a pledge, he must not break his word but must do everything he said.”
Only make vows you know you can keep, then complete them even faster.
