A Harvard Business Review article entitled, “Where Religious Identity Fits into Your DEI Strategy” provides reasons and seven practices to help companies embrace religious diversity. Hebrews 10:38 says, “My righteous one shall live by faith, and if he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him.”
For many, faith has shaped their moral codes. Shouldn’t their faith be an asset rather than a risk to your organization?
