As I stared at three different proposals, I was tempted to dismiss the most respected firm because of price. Rationally, I didn’t want to spend that much money.
Then I remembered the most important factor; who did God want me to use? If God desired me to use the most expensive vendor I needed to trust that He could make it happen.
After exploring the Promised Land, Caleb said in Numbers 13:30-31, “We should go up and take possession of the land, for we can certainly do it. But the men who had gone up with him said, ‘We can’t attack those people; they are stronger than we are.’”
The Israelites’ lack of faith cost them 40 years. In business, God’s view of your circumstances should trump your lack of faith.
