As my friend, Roger, pulled into the Ritz Carlton, he noticed that his tire pressure was falling rapidly. He asked the valet to keep the car close due to his tire problem.

Later he received a call from the valet. He wanted Roger’s permission to take Roger’s car to a repair shop to get the tire repaired! Roger was amazed!

A few minutes before Roger’s scheduled departure, he was informed that his car was fixed and waiting. When he asked how much he owed for the repair the valet said, “This one is on us.”

Roger’s expectations for his stay at the Ritz Carlton were far exceeded.
