While visiting Todd’s company in St. Louis I spotted a picture in his conference room that caught my eye. It was a company picture of all of the employees of the organization.
But what was unique was that it included each family member of each employee! This one picture visually demonstrated the desire of Todd to create an organization that felt like a family.
1 Timothy 5:8 teaches, “Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.”
Many people do not realize the burden that many employers carry. Not only do they have a responsibility to care for their employees, but they also realize those team member’s families matter as well.
