A recent Marist Poll on Faith in America discovered a higher level of faith in the workplace than what many business leaders might expect. For instance, 37% of people polled said that religion played at least a minor role in their decision on where to work.

Furthermore, 32% said that they base most of their business decisions on their religious beliefs. In 2018, however, Barna Research found that only 28% were ‘integrating” their faith and work.

We have a long way to go, but the growth in business leaders integrating their faith and work is encouraging.

In Psalm 119:59, the psalmist wrote, “I have considered my ways and have turned my steps to your statutes.”

May the trend of people embracing God’s wisdom in the workplace continue to grow.
