In this series, we’re discussing the risks and rewards of Chatbot GPT and related technology. Today, I want to discuss some of its additional risks.
To reveal its capabilities, I asked Chatbot GPT to tell me the risks of using their technology. Here is a summary of the risks mentioned.
The first risk is lack of accuracy. If the input is inaccurate so will be the output.
The second is lack of empathy. Disgruntled customers may not feel heard.
There are also security concerns and technical issues to consider.
Finally, you may have regulatory requirements relative to using this technology.
Proverbs 22:3 teaches, “The prudent see danger and take refuge, but the simple keep going and pay the penalty.”
Using chatbot technology will have risks. Be aware and adjust accordingly.
