Listen to the latest 60 second episode of Integrity Moments with Rick Boxx
As Matt’s team reflected on their busy season, they celebrated the growth their business experienced. Not all the growth came in the form of financial gain, some of their growth was birthed out of hardships.
These failures have been one of their biggest assets, giving them the knowledge and experience to make changes towards becoming a stronger and more profitable organization.
How often do we view trials and failure in our lives as assets? James writes that trials and failures are crucial towards personal growth. Although difficult, trials can make us stronger and more of a reflection of Christ.
James 1:4 says, “Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”
If we allow them, trials and failure will empower and equip us for new levels of growth.
