In business, sometimes your staff may use few words, but if you are paying attention, they may be speaking volumes. Their body language or demeanor may be saying they are troubled or struggling.
In John 10:14, Jesus said, “I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me.”
To know your team well, don’t overlook the importance of observing their behavior and body language, as well as listening to their words.
