Jim is one employer I admire. Not only is Jim a hard worker, but he also cares deeply for each employee of his technology company.

When one of their key employees tragically took his own life, Jim called in me and some counselors to pray and care for his employees. He also cares for each person’s professional and spiritual life. Every year he invites a speaker to share valuable business insights from a biblical perspective.

1 Thessalonians 5:12 teaches, “But we request of you, brethren, that you appreciate those who diligently labor among you, and have charge over you in the Lord and give you instruction.”

Being the boss is sometimes an underappreciated position. If you have a boss like Jim, be sure to show your appreciation occasionally.
