Kathy and I were having dinner with our friend, Sandy, when I noticed that Sandy was being blinded by the hot sun on her face. I asked the waitress to adjust the blinds, but there were no blinds on that particular window.
The waitress, however, realized that her customer had a problem that needed resolved. She quickly moved our table and booth about one yard, resolving the problem.
In Daniel 5:16, the king said to Daniel, “Now I have heard that you are able to give interpretations and to solve difficult problems. If you can read this writing and tell me what it means, you will be clothed in purple and have a gold chain placed around your neck.”
Problem solvers are great for customer service and should be valued accordingly.
