The second step towards working 80% in our areas of giftedness is to assess your time. Author, Peter Drucker, recommended that we first know where we spend our time.
For one week, track your time, allocating your time to the appropriate categories. Then determine what percent of your time you currently spend on your areas of giftedness.
Ecclesiastes 3:1 teaches, “There is an appointed time for everything. And there is a time for every matter under heaven.”
Knowing where your time is spent can help you move towards 80% being spent on your areas of giftedness.
