The first step towards working in our areas of giftedness is to discover your workplace gifts. Attempt to narrow the field to 3 to 5 gifts.
Begin by identifying the tasks and jobs at work in which you excel. Then ask friends, family and co-workers of their perceptions of your potential gifts.
Finally, there are several assessment tools like StrengthsFinder and Spiritual Gift assessments that may help.
In 1 Corinthians 12:7, Paul taught, “But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.”
Discovering your workplace gifts is the first step towards working in your giftedness.
