Recently, Unconventional Business Network hosted a new Leadership Summit. There were far more details and concerns than the events we traditionally host.
When I go to bed, normally I fall to sleep quickly and don’t wake up until 7 hours later. As the event drew near, I found myself waking-up after just 5 hours of sleep. It was my internal barometer telling me that I was worrying more than I realized.
Jesus said in Matthew 6:34, “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
When my sleep barometer goes off, it means I need to turn my challenges over to the Lord and stop worrying. Are there ways your body signals you that you need to stop worrying?
