Peter Rex, a technology investor, wrote a Wall Street Journal article about the lack of faith in Silicon Valley. He references a 2018 survey which discovered that 50% of tech workers are either atheists or agnostic.

Furthermore, a recent Napa Legal Institute report found that social-media platforms increasingly censor religious believers who oppose abortion, assisted suicide and transgender ideology. This makes sense when you learn that Mark Zuckerberg and Google’s founders are pursuing immortality through tech-enabled enhancements called transhumanism.

Prayer for the people of Silicon Valley is the answer.

James 5:16 teaches, “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.”

Since Silicon Valley is an influential hub of technology, let’s pray for the lost people in that area to embrace God and to become bold with their faith.
