Their actions resulted in their employees knowing what was expected, and more consistency in how each person was to be treated by managers. This process further encouraged each employee to model God’s value of loving their neighbors.
In Galatians 5:14, Paul said, “For the whole law is fulfilled in one word: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
