A 2021 study by Lifeway Research found that 66% of Americans are at least open to discussing the Christian faith with a friend. Forty percent said they were very open to the conversation.

That compares with a third of respondents who said they were not at all open to a social media conversation about Christian faith. People prefer a personal faith conversation.

Colossians 4:5 says, “Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity.”

People are interested in our faith when it is real, personal, and shared honestly. As we come into contact with coworkers who may not hear about faith from another source, we have a great opportunity to share the lifechanging story of Jesus’ redemption of our lives.
