A Harvard Business Review article entitled, "Where Religious Identity Fits into Your DEI Strategy" provides reasons and seven practices to help companies embrace religious diversity. The third practice highlighted was to develop religious literacy within your organization.

As our society becomes more diverse in religious beliefs, even smaller businesses can have many different faiths represented in their workplace. Team members can be insensitive or even hostile to other people's religious views simply due to a lack of understanding.

1 Peter 2:17 says, "Honor everyone. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the emperor."

Loving others means listening and understanding other's beliefs and customs, and showing respect even if you do not embrace their views.
