Each area has a skill set that is critical to the success, efficiency and performance of that department. As a leader, it’s important to recognize the gifts and talents you and your teammates bring to the table.
1 Corinthians 12:7 says, “A spiritual gift is given to each of us so we can help each other.”
The Holy Spirit fits us with eyes to see the gifts that lie within us and uncover and recognize the gifts in others. With this understanding, we can work with greater clarity of roles and job functions.
