In this series, we’re discussing a common problem in business. Many business leaders reach a point when they struggle in how to take their business to the next level.
There are at least three different hindrances that can prevent an entrepreneur from piercing the imaginary ceilings they face. My second one is Skill Deficits.
As a business grows, eventually you are no longer leading people who are doing the frontline work. You find yourself leading other leaders.
This requires a different set of skills that you and your team may or may not have, yet.
Hebrews 6:1 says, “Therefore leaving the elementary teaching about the Christ, let us press on to maturity.”
To mature as a leader, and to overcome any skill deficits, requires additional training or finding a mentor.
