Uncertainty is not a friend to business. To make long-term plans, business leaders need some degree of understanding of what is expected to come.
That is why election years are often not great years for business. If the business community doesn’t know what to expect, they tend to remain idle on any new projects.
Fortunately, for followers of Jesus we have a competitive advantage. God does know the future.
In Isaiah 46, God said, “I am God, and there is none like me. I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come.”
If we seek God’s will and direction for our business, He may not tell us what is to come, but He will help us to know how to respond today.
