Listen to the latest 60 second episode of Integrity Moments with Rick Boxx
After many years working in the communications department, I was promoted to lead the team. I was ecstatic. Finally, I could pursue the projects I wanted in the way that I wanted. In 1 Peter 5:2-3, Peter counseled church leaders to be careful shepherds of those they lead: “Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care… eager to serve; not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock.”
