Someone will give you "counsel" that you don't want to hear (or believe is true). Someone will not perform his or her job the way you want. Someone will selfishly advance his or her own agenda instead of the organization's objectives.
How you respond to these moments help define how you grow in wisdom and in your relationship with God.
Psalm 119:71 declares, "It was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn your decrees."
We can let the daily irritations of work take us off track, or we can see them as opportunities to grow our faith, modeling Jesus to those around us.
