Once all those phases are completed properly, our gracious God brings restoration.
In the case of Joshua, after Joshua faithfully completed what God required, we read in Joshua 8:1, “Then the Lord said to Joshua, “Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Take the whole army with you, and go up and attack Ai. For I have delivered into your hands the king of Ai, his people, his city and his land.”
God forgave Israel and restored them. It may take time, but our God will do the same for you if you obey His ways.
