Have you considered allowing naps at work? Here are four observations from Phil Struble on workplace naps.

  1. A good night’s sleep before showing up for work is a must.
  2. Are your employee’s work engagements overly tiring?
  3. Increase in productivity is the reason for allowing naps.
  4. Workday naps are a realistic alternative to a stressful work environment.

God is concerned about sleep.

Psalm3:5-6 says, “I lay down and slept; I woke again, for the Lord sustained me. I will not be afraid of many thousands of people who have set themselves against me all around.”

Sleep, whether at night or a rejuvenating nap during the day, is God’s desire for you.  Turn all your worries over to God, and he will give you the sleep you need.
