Listen to the latest 60 second episode of Integrity Moments with Rick Boxx
Have you considered allowing naps at work? Here are four observations from Phil Struble on workplace naps.
- A good night’s sleep before showing up for work is a must.
- Are your employee’s work engagements overly tiring?
- Increase in productivity is the reason for allowing naps.
- Workday naps are a realistic alternative to a stressful work environment.
God is concerned about sleep.
Psalm3:5-6 says, “I lay down and slept; I woke again, for the Lord sustained me. I will not be afraid of many thousands of people who have set themselves against me all around.”
Sleep, whether at night or a rejuvenating nap during the day, is God’s desire for you. Turn all your worries over to God, and he will give you the sleep you need.
