As business leaders we strive for results: we have sales targets to hit, projects to complete, and budgets to meet. We sometimes forget the process–from strategy to results–is where personal development occurs.
Success doesn’t happen haphazardly. It’s not a snap of the fingers or a twitch of the nose. It’s a process. Methodical. Focused. Painful at times. Every step offers growth and learning worth walking through.
James 5:7 says, “The farmer knows how to wait patiently for the land to produce vegetables and fruits. He cannot harvest a freshly planted seed. Instead, he waits for the early and the late showers to nourish the soil.”
Grow personally along with the growth of the business. Stay steady and focused. The harvest will come. Enjoy the process.
