Businesses live and breathe by the Profit & Loss statement. Profit is king. It drives motivations and decisions of business leaders.

Without profit, business life expectancy is short.  Whether a little profit or a lot, the approach taken to understand the P&L makes all the difference.

2 Corinthians 13:11 says, “Finally, brothers, rejoice. Aim for restoration, comfort one another, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.”

God’s P&L for business and for life is as straight forward as “peace and love.” He gives us the tools we need to manage every aspect of work – even the P&L- through the lens of peace and love.

How different would P&L conversations be if they were framed in peace and love?
