A young man recently called, desperately seeking any job that wouldn’t require him to be vaccinated. On the same day, Kathy and I spent time with a couple who refused to eat or drink at an event because it would require them to pull down their masks.
The common denominator is fear. One is afraid of the vaccination, the other is afraid of Covid.
Fear is running rampant, and this is negatively impacting our workplaces.
Proverbs 3 teaches, “Have no fear of sudden disaster or of the ruin that overtakes the wicked, for the Lord will be at your side and will keep your foot from being snared.”
We need to recognize the power fear has over our workplaces and point others to the One who overcomes fear: Jesus Christ.
