Recently, a foundation Executive Director mentioned to me that he’s excited that more people are having best practice discussions and are touring creative, faithforward businesses.
Tony Holt, our St. Louis City Director, led a tour of business leaders into Cambridge Engineering for that purpose last year. It was valuable for these leaders to learn Cambridge’s approaches for modeling a biblical approach to business.
It was also valuable having that event as a catalyst of thought for those in attendance. Many great ideas surfaced as those in the room brainstormed what might be possible in their own workplaces.
Proverbs 27:17 teaches, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
If you desire to fully engage your faith into your business, don’t overlook the opportunities to learn from others firsthand.
