As a parent, I wanted desperately to solve their problems. But I knew if I stepped in too soon, how would they learn the patient endurance that comes from overcoming trials? I waited on God’s timing.
James 1:3 teaches, “The testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”
In business, our staff will experience trials. If we truly care about them, we will want our staff and co-workers to learn patient endurance. The only way to obtain that quality is to persevere through trials.
