Employee Resource Groups are voluntary, employee-led groups made up of individuals who join together based on common interests, backgrounds or demographic factors.
Surprisingly, the Religious Freedom & Business Foundation‘s new Corporate Religious Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (REDI) Index, ranked Google, Intel, and Tyson at the top for recognizing the importance of their employees faith, in part due to the use of Employee Resource Groups.
Hebrews 11:6 says, “And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who seek Him.”
To get the best from your employees, faith friendly employee resource groups can be a great tool. They may give your employees the freedom to bring all of themselves to work, even their faith.
