Her message will likely result in discrimination!
In pursuit of diversity and anti-discrimination efforts, many commit the very sin of discrimination they think they are combatting. But now it’s against white males.
There is a better approach.
2 Chronicles 19:7 says, “Now let the fear of the Lord be on you. Judge carefully, for with the Lord our God there is no injustice or partiality or bribery.”
We can invest in training and scholarships for those who have been oppressed. But we should hire the right person for the job regardless of their race or sex.
