During a transition season, I struggled to sort out opportunities and decide how to spend my time. I wasn't sure how to determine God's will and direction.

One of the best suggestions I readily adopted was holding a regular "Business Meeting with God." The idea felt familiar. I had extensive experience providing updates to supervisors, seeking guidance on next steps, and asking for the resources needed to accomplish my projects. It made sense to have similar conversations with God!

Psalm 33:11 says, "But the plans of the Lord stand firm forever, the purposes of his heart through all generations."

If you want to align with God's plan for your work and life, consider holding a regular Business Meeting with God to get your supervisor's guidance.
