Coca Cola Bottling CEO, Frank Harrison, hosted a TFactor conference on integrating faith and work. During the conference, two attorneys discussed how to navigate the legal issues around faith at work.
They highlighted, “Bringing your whole person to work.” These attorneys urged employers to promote and encourage their employees to bring all of themselves to work, including their faith.
By doing this, it not only honors your employees and their religious beliefs, but it also gives the employer the freedom to lead with their own religious beliefs as well.
Hebrews 10:38 teaches, “But my righteous one will live by faith. And I take no pleasure in the one who shrinks back.”
The law is on our side if religious activities are voluntary, and we respect all beliefs. Don’t shrink back!
