After my father’s passing, I made many phone calls to secure my mother’s survivor benefits. During one call, I talked to a woman with a thick foreign accent who seemed uncertain what information to gather.

For almost an hour she asked me the same questions multiple times.

Just when I thought we were wrapping up, she blurted out, “I have to call you back in 30 minutes!” I never heard back from her, which forced me to start the process over again.

Hebrews 12:11 says, “No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.”

If this organization provided better training, monitoring, and discipline it would likely improve its customer appreciation.
