One baby step is to develop core values for your team. Most corporate values people would want to live by come from the Bible. This sets the stage to have a biblically-centered culture and provides opportunities to discuss the meaning and source of those values.
Psalm 119:130 teaches, “The unfolding of Your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple.”
If you believe the Bible to be true, it would be wise to begin courageously implementing baby steps into your workplace.
