Sean realized that when you do the math, 160 hours divided by 1.7 hours, employers have the attention of their employees 94 times greater than any pastor. As employers, we have 94 times greater opportunity to shepherd our team with a winsome example of Jesus.
1 Peter 5:2 teaches, “Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them—not because you must, but because you are willing.”
I believe the workplace is the best mission field available. As leaders in the marketplace, we should shepherd our team accordingly.
