In leading any organization there are constant challenges and decisions to be made. Some decisions are more difficult than others, which can leave me feeling inadequate at times.
That’s when I yearn, and seek, the wisest counsel I can find. Fortunately, I have access to boundless wisdom.
Recently, faced with some difficult decisions, I was reminded of the importance of this truth.
James 1:5 says, “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.”
However, if we have doubts about receiving God’s wisdom, then, according to James, we can’t expect to obtain divine insight.
I’m encouraged that I can boldly ask for wisdom, then walk in confidence that I will receive wisdom.
