Listen to the latest 60 second episode of Integrity Moments with Rick Boxx
As months go by, working from home may lead to a lack of motivation. Motivation may wane because of isolation and lack of accountability. Working from home means accepting a new rhythm of life.
A recent article by Teamwork states, “Set yourself tasks and milestones so you can remind yourself of what you’ve achieved each day, as well as what you’re working towards in the long-term.”
1 Corinthians 15:58 says, “Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.”
Whether working from home or back at the office, eyes fixed on working for the Lord, with a clear view of milestones as reminders of what was accomplished, will help build work motivation.
