Now that the pandemic has passed, employers want to preserve their culture and enhance productivity and profitability. Many of these employers believe having employees in the office is the best way for that to happen.
According to resumebuilder.com, 72% of employers claim that returning to the office has increased their revenue. Many employees, however, grew to appreciate remote work and don’t want it to change.
A KPMG study discovered that 2/3 of employers believe that most employees will be working in offices full time in another three years. This fact, contrasted with employee desires, makes it critical that employers pursue wisdom.
Proverbs 2:2 teaches, “Make your ear attentive to wisdom; Incline your heart to understanding.”
