My friend, Bob, loves to evangelize, but one day one of Bob’s vendors complained to me. “Bob has a lot of gall preaching at me when he hasn’t paid my bill in 90 days!”
1 Peter 3:15 says, “Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect.”
Evangelism is important, but we need to earn the right to share our faith first.
