Many business owners have worked hard to build a culture that pleases God. But often taking the highest sale price can result in selling to someone who destroys your culture.
A principle often overlooked during this process, due to financial considerations, is that God owns it all. Psalm 24:1 teaches, “The earth and everything in it, the world and its inhabitants, belong to the Lord.”
God cares more about who leads His business than the amount of money you may receive. If you’re selling a business, pause and ask God to whom He wishes to lead your business next.
