A Stanford Economics professor, Nicolas Bloom, has been researching remote work for the last several years. Bloom believes that there are three different work options for the future.

He believes 50% of workers will be required to work in a workplace setting. These include retail, healthcare, or manufacturing jobs.

Option two is hybrid work. He predicts 40% will work at the office two to three days a week and remotely the rest.

Finally, only 10% will work entirely remotely. Blooms research discovered that after significant remote work, 50% of workers wanted to return to the office.

Ecclesiastes 4:12 teaches, “Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.”

People are designed to be in community with others. Build your work plan accordingly.
