Manufacturing is the essence of creating something from nothing. Stephanie grew up around the hubbub of hitting production numbers. She also watched the magic of making something meaningful and useful out of something useless and as meaningless as parts.
Manufacturing is about creating value. We were given value as God formed us and breathed life into our nostrils. He made something from nothing. As His image bearers we are valuable.
Genesis 1:27 says, “So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them.”
Consider this, we are not the determiners of value, we are the beholders of value, God-given value. It is God who determines value. Whether you’re hitting your numbers or not, you are valuable, and you are loved beyond measure.
