Conflicts over ideas and beliefs are inevitable in the workplace. As followers of Jesus, we don’t have to condone someone’s beliefs to listen and show proper respect.
1 Peter 2:17 says, “Show proper respect to everyone, love the family of believers, fear God, honor the emperor.”
The key to a peaceful workplace is learning to respect and honor all people, even when you have to agree to disagree.
