This trend is dramatically impacting the way work is done. Leaders in today’s workplaces not only have to manage their in-house employees, now they also must navigate how to lead remote workers and freelancers.
We need to all pray as Solomon did in 1 Kings 3:9, “Give your servant therefore an understanding mind to govern your people, that I may discern between good and evil.”
The changes leaders need to address today are vast and complex. Each work group has its own unique demands and needs, but also comes with advantages and disadvantages.
