Today, on Memorial Day, we honor our veterans who died while serving their country. According to the Veterans Affairs, over 1.1 million people have died while in the military.
People have choices. They can choose to charge into battle with courage or they can choose to flee. Most of these brave men and women we honor today, chose to be courageous.
Joshua was told in Deuteronomy 31:6, “Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or tremble at them, for the Lord your God is the one who goes with you. He will not fail you or forsake you.”
In most of our workplaces, our challenges are small compared to the battlefield. Let’s honor our fallen veterans today by standing courageously in the workplace for the principles we believe.
