Baby Boomers are now transitioning businesses and leadership roles to the next generation. We have insight, wisdom, and experiences to pass on to our successors that may be welcomed in the form of a legacy letter.
2 Kings 2:9 says, “Elijah said to Elisha, “Ask what I shall do for you, before I am taken from you.” And Elisha said, “Please let there be a double portion of your spirit on me.”
One way you might be able to leave a double spirit on your successor is to leave them a legacy letter as a keepsake for when times are hard.
