I think laughter can be a powerful spiritual tool.

In my book about work and faith, I opine that it’s foolish for Christians to get too serious about work in this world when our destiny resides in another. So, see the humor in our work challenges and laugh.

Scripture cites many examples of joy as an expression of our relationship with God: “Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, ‘The Lord has done great things for them.’ The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy” (Psalm 126:2-3).

When you face a challenging situation at work, consider laughter as a way of thanking God and demonstrating the Good News.
