Recently, I took an assessment that pointed out that my leadership style is to primarily focus on the future. This can be good in preparing for the future, but it also means that I sometimes do a poor job of reflecting on the past.
There is a lot to be learned, however, from pausing to reflect on the past. As we finish 2021, let’s remember that we have experienced a pandemic, battles over vaccine mandates, remote work becoming prevalent and the Great Resignation movement.

Take a few minutes to reflect on 2021 and praise God for your blessings. Also make note of lessons learned that may help you prepare for 2022.
